PACE Mentoring

Positive Action towards Career Engagement or PACE mentoring, is a vibrant program that links jobseekers with disability to mentors from leading Australian businesses. It is designed to assist students and jobseekers with disability develop practical skills for their job search, build confidence in their abilities, and gain exposure to work environments. Mentors and mentees meet approximately eight times during the three month program, and during the program, the mentee and mentor will set goals and desired outcomes, discuss experiences, skills, and career pathways.
