Our Graduate Program provides you with the opportunity to experience the many career possibilities that working in a full service accounting and advisory firm offers, and will expose you to a wide variety of clients, from well- known international brands to family run businesses, government and not-for-profit organisations.

As a graduate your path will be guided by a dedicated buddy and manager, and complemented by close interactions with partners and senior staff. You will also be involved in one of the largest learning and development programs in the industry and receive ongoing technical and professional development opportunities.

What you bring

You will bring a can-do attitude, a willingness to put your hand up, have a go, and step outside your comfort zone. With a track record of working in teams and an interest in self-development, you’re looking to improve yourself.

You will have:

  • worked in a customer service and/or client engagement role;
  • potentially have done an internship/vacationer work;
  • a university degree;
  • excellent communication skills (verbal and written); and
  • collaboration as second nature.

How do I apply?

Applications for the Melbourne Graduate Program open on Wednesday 27 February 2019 and close on Wednesday 27 March 2019.

The recruitment process will consist of:

Stage 1: Online application submission – February/March

Stage 2: Online test – March/April

Stage 3: Video interview – April

Stage 4: Assessment Centre/Group Interview – April/May

Stage 5: Final interview with partners and managers – May
